These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Primrose Medical website, online forms, scheduling tools, and telehealth services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Agreement to Terms
"Primrose," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Primrose Medical and its authorized providers, including Vanessa Inacio, MD. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Primrose.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for adults (18 years or older) who are physically located in the State of Florida at the time of any virtual visit. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
3. Scope of Services
Primrose offers personalized telehealth services, including primary care, medical weight management, hormone balance support, and related virtual visits. The specific scope of any clinical engagement is determined by your provider, in accordance with applicable medical standards and Florida law.
Some conditions, prescriptions, or treatments may not be appropriate for telehealth and may require referral to in-person care. Your provider will make this determination at their professional discretion.
4. Not for Emergencies
5. Accounts & Booking
To schedule visits or message your provider you may need to create an account through our patient portal or third-party booking system. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
6. Payment & Cancellation
Pricing for each visit type is communicated before you book and is payable in accordance with our practice's payment policies. We currently operate on a self-pay basis unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation and rescheduling windows, late fees, and no-show policies are described at the time of booking. By confirming an appointment, you accept those terms for that specific visit.
7. Patient Conduct
We expect respectful, honest interactions. You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information to your provider.
- Record visits or communications without explicit written consent.
- Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate care in accordance with applicable medical ethics and law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Primrose or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your own care. All other use requires our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited by law, including a provider's professional medical responsibilities.
